What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical counterpart to AWS field leadership to influence joint account strategy.
• Lead technical strategy for high-stakes enterprise engagements from ideation to production.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures leveraging hirify.global and AWS services.
• Build prototypes, POCs, and reference implementations to accelerate AI adoption.
• Enable AWS and partner teams through workshops, playbooks, and reusable solution patterns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide field insights for the roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical consulting experience managing C-level relationships.
• Proven experience as a technical leader and systems thinker.
• Ability to balance hands-on building with strategic influence and scale.
• Experience creating repeatable patterns and owning ambiguous problem spaces.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
