TL;DR

Middle Business System Analyst (Insurance/SQL): Validating and reconciling insurance data feeds and supporting the migration to a new ingestion platform with an accent on data quality and stakeholder communication. Focus on investigating data discrepancies, creating detailed technical documentation, and optimizing SQL-based validation processes.

What you will do

Set up and maintain Business Analysis processes within the project.
Create detailed requirements documentation, including specifications, user stories, wireframes, UX flows, and dynamic prototypes.
Collaborate with product owners, end users, developers, and UI/UX designers to clarify and refine requirements.
Validate and reconcile insurance data feeds and investigate discrepancies to drive them to resolution.
Utilize SQL queries for data validation and support the onboarding of new data feeds and reconciliation rules.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with data reconciliation and data quality assurance.
Professional background in insurance, finance, or accounting.
Experience working with stakeholder requirements and preparing data-driven insights.
English proficiency level B2–C1.

Nice to have

Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
Understanding of ETL and data pipelines.
Exposure to insurance bordereaux or MGA / delegated authority data flows.
