What you will do

• Set up and maintain Business Analysis processes within the project.
• Create detailed requirements documentation, including specifications, user stories, wireframes, UX flows, and dynamic prototypes.
• Collaborate with product owners, end users, developers, and UI/UX designers to clarify and refine requirements.
• Validate and reconcile insurance data feeds and investigate discrepancies to drive them to resolution.
• Utilize SQL queries for data validation and support the onboarding of new data feeds and reconciliation rules.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with data reconciliation and data quality assurance.
• Professional background in insurance, finance, or accounting.
• Experience working with stakeholder requirements and preparing data-driven insights.
• English proficiency level B2–C1.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Understanding of ETL and data pipelines.
• Exposure to insurance bordereaux or MGA / delegated authority data flows.
