What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered GTM agents to automate deal intelligence, forecasting, and rep coaching.
• Translate complex go-to-market processes into scalable technical systems.
• Architect and maintain GTM data infrastructure, including pipelines and structured data flows.
• Build and maintain integrations across core systems like Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to deliver automation initiatives that improve efficiency.
• Define governance, security, and access frameworks for GTM data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or sales engineering.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks in production.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, APIs, and permissions.
• Experience with Clay or similar workflow automation tools.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical systems with minimal guidance.
