What you will do

  • Prospect and generate leads across various merchant segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to position hirify.global as the preferred BNPL and financing partner.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to help shape the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging C-level decision-makers.
  • Native fluency in Danish and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work on-site from the Copenhagen office.
