What you will do

• Lead the integration of external AI tools to deliver measurable business impact.
• Design, test, and productionize sophisticated chat and voice agents using LLM reasoning and TTS.
• Architect scalable automation workflows to drive organizational efficiency.
• Own the full product lifecycle from initial concept and design to production and maintenance.
• Provide training to internal teams to maximize the adoption of custom AI solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, ML, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML development.
• Deep hands-on experience with Agentic Systems, prompt engineering, and RAG integration.
• Strong Python skills with experience in FastAPI or Flask.
• Proven track record of shipping and supporting AI solutions in production.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Kyiv, Ukraine

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MCP server protocols.
• Experience with CX platforms (Genesys), Data environments (Databricks, Palantir), or Voice synthesis (ElevenLabs).
• Proficiency in other coding languages.
