What you will do

• Define the technical architecture and roadmap for an enterprise-wide Design System and sharable UI component library.
• Establish and govern front-end engineering standards to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Collaborate with UX and Product Management to translate requirements into system-level architectural specifications.
• Utilize and optimize AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
• Review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code for performance, security, and accessibility.
• Mentor senior and junior developers on modern architectural patterns and AI-accelerated workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Senior/Lead Software Developer or Architect.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven track record in modern UI architectural design and component library development.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered developer tools in a production environment.
• Experience with unit testing and automation tools like Playwright.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
