What you will do

• Lead the technical direction for cloud-native and mission-critical platform solutions.
• Drive architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practices across teams.
• Enable secure, scalable, and resilient Kubernetes-based environments across diverse infrastructures.
• Mentor engineers in DevSecOps, platform engineering, and software development practices.
• Drive automation and modern software delivery through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with architects and security teams to align technical solutions with operational requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and platform engineering.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Must pass a security vetting process (citizenship obligations may apply).
• Experience leading technical initiatives and guiding engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience from defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical industries.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and cloud security principles.
• Experience with edge computing or disconnected operational environments.
• Understanding of software factories and platform ecosystems.
