What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospect Kubernetes challenges and business objectives.
• Own and drive technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate platform value and alignment.
• Develop and deliver tailored platform demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
• Construct robust ROI analyses and business cases to articulate cost savings and performance improvements.
• Act as the primary technical expert for PerfectScale, ensuring successful implementation and customer outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase Kubernetes optimization expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Significant experience selling to DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and DevOps best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze data from monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Strong track record of building business cases and ROI justifications for technical solutions.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Netherlands, or Eastern Europe.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SRE.
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling cloud or Kubernetes management business.
