What you will do

• Determine project scope, timelines, and success criteria while tracking progress and measuring outcomes.
• Coordinate with onsite creative agencies for digital asset deployment across Ad Boards and symposia.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the EMEA Medical Content Hub.
• Manage project dependencies, critical paths, and governance reporting for leadership.
• Identify and resolve team conflicts while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Capture client feedback to drive continuous improvement in performance and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be available to work in the EMEA time zone.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in project management, ideally within medical affairs or pharma consulting.
• Hands-on experience with market access deliverables such as AMCP, GVD, payer dossiers, and HTA support.
• Strong knowledge of medical communication and medical affairs processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder presentation.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Prior experience in an agency environment.
