Salary: $190,000 – 220,000

What you will do

• Set clear technical direction and inspire the engineering team.
• Shape engineering strategy aligned to product and business goals.
• Lead development of Storman’s SaaS web platform.
• Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing team.
• Act as a senior technical advisor supporting strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Product and Customer teams to proactively support customer success and key initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Background in SaaS / product-led environments.
• 5+ years with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• Strong AWS / cloud expertise.
• Solid MySQL and SQL optimisation skills.
• Experience with APIs and modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with migrations or re-platforming initiatives.
• CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Exposure to payments or financial integrations.
