What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Manage web-based products and CMS platforms, with a focus on WordPress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Define and track product KPIs to monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement using automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Professional experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Understanding of web-based products, user flows, and content structures.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing AI tools to support analysis or documentation.
• Exposure to product metrics and performance tracking.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments.
