What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale product features and roadmap initiatives across teams.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical solutions and execution plans.

• Drive end-to-end development across frontend and backend systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Lead debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex production and cross-system issues.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to strengthen technical capability and team performance.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid proficiency across both frontend and backend technologies (polyglot engineering mindset).
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Proven ability to debug complex systems and resolve production-level issues.
