What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable software solutions for the Clinical Learning Hub.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features and technical improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers in development methodologies, optimization techniques, and CI/CD practices.
• Define operational requirements for logging, instrumentation, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
• Implement and enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and participate in pair programming.
• Interface with technical stakeholders to finalize complex system requirements and specifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in development languages including React, Node, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and .Net.
• Strong experience in implementing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Deep understanding of normalized/dimensional data modeling and multiple data storage subsystems.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into robust software designs.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and various methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Must be based in the US (specifically PA, NJ, DE, or MD)
