What you will do

• Conduct risk assessments and maintain the Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR).
• Ensure full compliance with D.Lgs. 81/2008 and coordinate the protection and prevention service.
• Deliver safety training programs and lead emergency drills.
• Lead investigations into workplace accidents and incidents.
• Collaborate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, and Workers' Safety Representative.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to drive continuous safety improvements.

Requirements

• Qualified RSPP (Modules A, B, C).
• Previous experience as an RSPP, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Certified trainer status in accordance with D.I. 06.03.2013.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and D.Lgs. 81/2008.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian, German, and English is required.
• Degree in a technical field, Engineering, Safety Management, or Environmental Science preferred.
