What you will do

• Lead and support a team of JIM Hosts to greet, guide, and connect with members and guests.
• Curate the gym atmosphere, including music, lighting, and inclusive interaction formats.
• Oversee operational details, including trainer scheduling, bookings, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, and F&B teams to create integrated social experiences.
• Maintain a physically and psychologically safe environment for all members.

Requirements

• Experience in events, facilitation, performing arts, hospitality, or community building.
• Ability to lead teams while empowering others to shine.
• Strong intuition, warmth, and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Florence, Italy.
