What you will do

• Test and inspect products at various production stages using approved procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Collect and record quality data on QA forms and perform data entry into computer systems.
• Evaluate product attributes including length, color, texture, solids, and temperature.
• Apply statistical quality control procedures to validate data and identify deviations from existing standards.
• Recommend modifications to quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within equipment capabilities.
• Operate laboratory tools such as calipers, PH meters, scales, and thermometers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience/training.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boardman, OR.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in environments with high noise, vibration, and extreme temperatures.
