Location: Hybrid in Dublin (3 days per week in-office) or Remote for candidates based in the UK

What you will do

• Solve complex data problems and define design patterns for the hirify.global platform.
• Guide customers on leveraging AI features to maximize platform impact.
• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, overseeing scoping and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers to build long-term relationships.
• Drive project outcomes by managing consulting and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical consulting or project management, ideally in the data space.
• Professional fluency in both English and French (CEFR C1/C2) is essential.
• Must be based in Ireland or the UK.
• Deep hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Mode.
• Mastery of semantic layers, specifically hirify.global or Looker.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping to execution.
