What you will do
- Own the entire lifecycle of partnerships with mobile game publishers, from lead sourcing and pitching to contract negotiation and revenue maximization.
- Build and scale a robust outbound pipeline by targeting the world’s top-tier game studios.
- Act as a strategic consultant for partners, using data to identify upselling opportunities and ensure KPIs are exceeded.
- Define go-to-market strategies and create scalable sales frameworks for projects.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate partner feedback into actionable product insights.
- Drive P&L impact through new business acquisition and net revenue retention of active accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within AdTech or Gaming.
- Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex, long-term partner relationships.
- Strong data fluency with a deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, and Retention metrics.
- Knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem, including MMPs, attribution, and SDKs.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
- Must be based in Vietnam.
