What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute hirify.global product transfer strategies for complex parts and modules.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure using corporate standards.
• Collaborate with sourcing and category managers to meet quality, logistics, technology, cost, and sustainability (QLTCS) requirements.
• Industrialize the supply chain via New Product Industrialization (NPI) with Asian suppliers or by transferring EU/US suppliers to Asia.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk mitigation, resource allocation, and supplier performance tracking.
• Coordinate technical specifications, quality reports, and costing analysis across D&E, Quality & Logistics, and Sourcing sectors.

Requirements

• Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan.
• Master's degree in technical disciplines and business management (MBA from US or European institution preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, or medical B2B industries.
• Over 7 years of project management experience leading complex, large-scale projects.
• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory (TOEIC > 850).
• Proven ability to influence cross-sector stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
