What you will do

• Lead and support a regional team of security professionals across the AMER region.
• Oversee physical security programs, policies, and procedures across offices and studio locations.
• Manage responses to workplace security incidents and coordinate with Workplace, Legal, and HR teams.
• Plan and execute security operations for PlayStation events, activations, and executive engagements.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate security reviews to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Manage third-party security vendors to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security operations, law enforcement, military, or intelligence.
• Proven experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and team development.
• Ability to make informed decisions and communicate effectively during crisis incidents.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third-party security providers.
• Flexibility for regional travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Industry certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional).
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or Business.
