What you will do

• Lead data and digital public infrastructure (DPI) landscape analysis and readiness assessments to identify maturity and challenges.
• Provide technical expertise for data exchange and interoperability platform design, including shared digital services like identity and registries.
• Assess workflow processes and data flows to facilitate the transition from paper-based to digital systems.
• Advise project teams on the development and coordination of programmatic workplans for data systems to ensure quality implementation.
• Facilitate governance through stakeholder consultations, workshops, and the development of operational plans.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or similar (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience implementing USG or other donor-funded projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of Global Health Security, primary health, and Early Warning Indicators.
• Proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources and engage government ministries.
