TL;DR

Location: Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles hubs
Salary: $155K – $200K + Equity

What you will do
- Concept and execute high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Animate 3D models and scenes with strong timing, pacing, camera work, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and comms teams to align motion work with campaign strategies and business objectives.
- Evolve ’s motion language through experimentation with emerging tools and creative best practices.
- Influence layout, composition, and overall creative direction across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Deliver polished, production-ready work under tight timelines.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing refined 2D and 3D work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift.
- Must live within commuting distance of the San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles hubs.
- Ability to produce detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

- Experience with Rive.
- Background in a high-growth startup or creative studio environment.
