What you will do
- Develop and deliver algorithmic execution capabilities and market microstructure analytics for clients and internal users.
- Communicate algorithmic execution capabilities and provide consultancy on live executions to clients.
- Support and enhance the Marquee single-dealer platform and showcase its features to clients.
- Liaise with internal Compliance, Legal, Sales, Trading, and Internal Audit on new releases and periodic reviews.
- Conduct client roadshows and participate in conferences focused on electronic markets.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
- Master's degree in Math, Physics, CS, or Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Python for programming.
- Deep understanding of FX electronic markets, orderbook dynamics, transaction cost analysis, and signaling risk.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg and other multi-dealer platforms (e.g., FXConnect, FXAll, Portware, BidFX, 360T).
- Knowledge of FIX protocol and ability to parse FIX messaging.
- Strong mathematical background in Markov chains and stochastic calculus for modeling spot and volatility.
