What you will do

• Work with clients to meet their expectations and assist during live events, solving sound and light issues.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director and Sound & Light Manager on procedures, emergency plans, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Assess service quality, make recommendations for improvement, and ensure students adhere to the MSC mission.
• Consult with MSC Event Planners and Conference Services team regarding client needs, especially for VIP events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of audio-visual equipment operation or related experience.
• Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for experience.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One year of audio and visual experience.
• Two years of experience in a higher education setting or hospitality.
