What you will do

• Consult with clients to identify participant education needs and customize presentation materials based on plan provisions.
• Conduct employee education meetings on retirement savings, plan features, and investment options.
• Develop and manage multi-media presentation materials, including guides, scripts, and web-based programs.
• Analyze the effectiveness of education programs and participant retirement readiness to identify improvements.
• Mentor and train new and existing Education Specialists.
• Collaborate with internal partners to optimize service delivery and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the retirement plan or investment industry, specifically with qualified plans.
• Experience in training and development.
• Professional designations such as CEBS, CFP, CPC, QKA, or APA are preferred.
