What you will do

• Manage client requests, account maintenance, and regulatory documentation with high professionalism.
• Review and process account documents, transactions, and resolve complex client issues.
• Assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans for current and prospective clients.
• Facilitate fund transfers, securities movements, and check issuance.
• Develop and implement client communications, mailings, and events.
• Provide general administrative support including phone, correspondence, and filing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Hood River, OR.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform semi-advanced math.
• Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66/63/65 securities licenses.
