What you will do

• Design and bring up mixed-signal PCBAs and SoM carrier boards, including display and UI subsystems.
• Integrate and validate camera modules, image sensors, and sensing hardware from sensor to carrier board.
• Design multi-branch wire harness assemblies for mixed-signal and power routing in rugged environments.
• Build and maintain test infrastructure, including bench fixtures and automated test scripts for production screening.
• Lead platform validation and drive root-cause analysis in collaboration with firmware engineers.
• Partner with manufacturing teams on DFM/DFT and collaborate with mechanical engineers on packaging and thermal trade-offs.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience on production hardware.
• End-to-end ownership of low-voltage digital and mixed-signal PCBAs, from schematic capture to manufacturing release.
• Experience with SoM platforms and high-speed interfaces such as MIPI CSI-2, GMSL2, PCIe, USB, and GigE.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux and hardware/firmware boundary debugging.
• Ability to independently bring up hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and PCB rework tools.
• Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional workstreams.

Nice to have

• Python or bash scripting for test automation and parametric measurement.
• Wireless and RF integration experience, including antenna placement and FCC certification.
• Wire harness and cable assembly design, including connector selection and drawing packages.
• Startup experience.
