What you will do

• Architect and lead the development of next-generation, large-scale machine learning techniques.
• Define and execute the ML strategy to enhance personalization and recommendation quality across the platform.
• Lead research on scalable ML systems and real-time model adaptation for production.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to build high-performance distributed training systems scaling across multiple GPUs.
• Optimize real-time serving architectures for large-scale embeddings to ensure low-latency inference.
• Mentor senior and mid-level ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ML engineering with a focus on large-scale recommendation or personalization systems.
• Expertise in modern deep learning architectures, including sequence and foundational models.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Proven ability to design and optimize scalable ML architectures from distributed training to real-time inference.
• Experience with A/B testing, model evaluation frameworks, and real-time feedback loops.
• Must be based in the United States.
