What you will do
- Provide Gold Class support via phone, chat, and email for hospitality customers.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM.
- Document and track customer interactions within support platforms.
- Identify and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team.
- Promote product improvements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Basic proficiency with iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows platforms.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- CV must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS products or the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Mac OS.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French.
- Experience with ticketing and live chat platforms.
