What you will do

  • Provide Gold Class support via phone, chat, and email for hospitality customers.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM.
  • Document and track customer interactions within support platforms.
  • Identify and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Promote product improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Basic proficiency with iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows platforms.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS products or the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Mac OS.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French.
  • Experience with ticketing and live chat platforms.
