What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality fullstack systems and experiences for creator onboarding and growth.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from early technical design and prototyping through implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver performant and accessible fullstack experiences.
• Use AI tools to expedite daily workflows, including code generation, refactoring, test creation, and documentation.
• Optimize fullstack applications and services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentoring fellow engineers and leading teams in solving challenging problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience building and maintaining production-scale fullstack applications.
• Proficiency in React.js and strong understanding of frontend architecture (component design, state management, routing).
• Experience designing and building backend services or APIs in Go or Java.
• Experience with AWS systems (ECS, Lambda, RDS), Docker, and databases such as MySQL or DynamoDB.
• Must be based in the United States and possess valid work authorization (H-1B sponsorship is not available).
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools within the software development lifecycle to improve productivity and quality.
