What you will do

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including technical qualification and delivery of focused equipment demonstrations.
• Deliver post-sales support, including instrument familiarization and hands-on training for customers.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for internal and external customers via telephone, email, and on-site visits.
• Identify customer needs and guide them toward the correct technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team across the European region to achieve revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

• HNC or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Practical working knowledge of the embedded systems and power electronics industry.
• Experience using Oscilloscopes, probes, and other T&M devices, including understanding of their architecture.
• Knowledge of signal integrity challenges (jitter, clock/data recovery, eye diagrams) and serial data interfaces (Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, etc.).
• Understanding of power designs and power converters testing requirements.
• Must be a UK National due to security requirements.
