What you will do

• Take full ownership of sprint, build, and release cycles across three cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Design and maintain delivery dashboards to track KPIs such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput.
• Proactively monitor the delivery pipeline to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate release activities in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Maintain project data, risk logs, and documentation within JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of managing delivery for multiple teams simultaneously.
• Deep proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks and the ability to coach teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for advanced reporting and visualization.
• English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2+/C1) required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, ICAgile, or Kanban Management Professional.
