What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for an assigned portfolio of live clients, managing deliverables from initiation to closure.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting project outcomes and serve as an escalation point for technical support issues.
- Collaborate with commercial account managers to prioritize and plan the delivery of client needs.
- Define, document, and ensure clear understanding of all business and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to management.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Monday for daily operational activities and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in an IT environment.
- Proven experience working in B2B environments with commercial teams and end customers.
- Solid understanding of technical systems, terminology, and Agile methodologies.
- English: Advanced level (C1) required.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Location: Must be based in Bucharest to support a hybrid work schedule.
