What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for component-level validation using HIL systems.
• Create Python-based tooling for test automation, validation workflows, and data analysis.
• Monitor and execute automated software validation across embedded and autonomy subsystems.
• Analyze test failures and investigate root causes across hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with systems, embedded, and autonomy teams to enhance test coverage and validation strategies.
• Maintain scalable test infrastructure and CI-based validation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field (0-4 years experience) or Master's degree.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with version control, build systems, and CI/CD environments.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems, robotics, or hardware/software integration.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot system-level problems.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with HIL systems or automated testing environments.
• Knowledge of ADAS, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with containers and validation infrastructure.
• Experience with safety-critical or real-time systems.
