What you will do

• Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Manage the full system development life cycle (SDLC) in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Provide essential technical support, including release implementations and 24/7 on-call support.
• Act in various project roles including Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager based on project needs.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and provide accurate, concise technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania (PA).
• 5+ years of experience in scalable system design, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• 5+ years of proficiency in .NET, Angular, SQL, and other languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS, GCP/AWS, MSSQL, and Windows Server.
• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 1+ year of experience with Machine Learning, specifically in NLP or Deep Neural Networks.
• Professional certifications such as JAVA Developer, DB2, or Cognos.
