What you will do

• Own and deliver complete features, including design, architecture, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and geo-distributed stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performance team of Software Engineers.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure consistently high-level design and implementation.
• Set engineering strategy for the team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Deliver high-quality cloud-based solutions following an agile methodology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience building reliable, distributed systems at scale.
• Proven experience with web technologies, including React and Python.
• Experience in microservices, NoSQL databases, and messaging queues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Well-versed in DevOps practices.
