Location: Hybrid (Durham office, 3 office days per week)

Salary: $119,200 - $163,900

What you will do

• Lead the execution of real-world data analytics for commercial use cases within the biopharma sector.
• Design observational research studies using EHR-derived RWD, develop protocols, and create statistical analysis plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and oncologists to deliver client-sponsored research studies accurately and timely.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data modalities, including clinico-genomics and claims data.
• Develop and refine methodologies used to generate real-world evidence.
• Contribute to internal initiatives that increase efficiency in evidence generation.

Requirements

• PhD in Epidemiology, Health Services Research, HEOR, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience, OR a Master's degree with 4-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience working in a pharmaceutical or HEOR consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of commercial biopharma analytics for Oncology, including descriptive and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in programming with R to conduct real-world data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Durham office (hybrid model).
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills for managing high-visibility projects.
