What you will do

• Define and evaluate ecosystem integration priorities for source systems, including banks, payroll providers, and T&E platforms.
• Drive the technical definition of integrations, including connectivity approaches (API, sFTP) and data mapping requirements.
• Map source data into canonical schemas using hirify.global’s Data Studio to ensure accurate normalization.
• Build source system playbooks and workflow guidance to accelerate customer value extraction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Migration, and Customer Success teams to deliver production-grade data flows.
• Provide N-tier support for customers during onboarding and troubleshoot complex mapping and data issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data integration, technical implementation, solutions consulting, or analytics engineering.
• Working proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting for building data pipelines or ETL workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills for working with large structured and semi-structured files (CSV, TSV).
• Experience analyzing source system schemas and designing mappings for downstream consumption.
• Must be based in Los Angeles or San Jose, California for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accounting source systems (subledgers, billing platforms, treasury systems).
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial data relationships.
• Experience with model-driven or metadata-driven data platforms.
• Prior product management experience translating technical knowledge into roadmap decisions.
