What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel communications calendars, overseeing the process from creative briefing to final deployment.
• Build and manage CRM campaigns across email and SMS channels to engage fans globally.
• Create and manage complex audience segments based on customer behavior, spend, and engagement.
• Lead the campaign QA and testing process to ensure logic and dynamic elements function correctly.
• Collaborate with trade teams to optimize customer journeys and ensure seamless fan experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and propose A/B tests and creative approaches to optimize results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CRM experience working in a DTC business.
• Proven experience in planning, building, and executing emails within CRM/ESP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CDMPs such as Bloomreach, Ometria, or Klaviyo.
• Experience in brief writing and managing the creative process from brief to execution.
• Excellent communication, project management skills, and strong attention to detail.
