What you will do

  • Create product codes for finished goods in the ERP system and maintain bills of materials across all sites.
  • Manage the product coding procedure and the overall component and product lifecycle management process.
  • Formalize and oversee Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in collaboration with development and operational teams.
  • Coordinate prototype, pre-production, and mass production phases with industrial partners.
  • Draft method documentation and ensure the development of user-friendly interfaces for test and configuration benches.
  • Validate internally developed test and traceability tools for production.

Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in electronics or technical products.
  • Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) and configuration management processes.
  • Experience with industrialisation or technical data management (PLM/ERP).
  • Fluency in technical English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Châtillon, France.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with industrial IT tools.
