What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of factory blueprints from site assessment through to production-ready handover.
• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification in coordination with engineering and local partners.
• Execute military offset agreement obligations, including local content requirements and technology transfer.
• Define and execute production readiness programs, including process validation and operator training.
• Coordinate structured progress reporting and remote engineering support between deployment sites and HQ.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum seven years of industrial engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced electronics.
• Demonstrated experience in greenfield or brownfield factory standup and equipment commissioning.
• Familiarity with military offset agreements and technology transfer programs in a defense context.
• Fluent English and the ability to operate autonomously on international assignments.

Nice to have

• Experience replicating factories from a reference template or blueprint.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems, such as Odoo.
• Exposure to NATO STANAG standards, ITAR, or equivalent defense compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, one-piece flow, and production ramp methodologies.
