What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement and optimize shopfloor performance through daily floor presence.
• Design production lines and manage internal material flows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and lean standards from scratch.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Automation teams to integrate new systems.
• Conduct time studies and manage ERP automation tasks.
• Lead kaizen initiatives and solve complex production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
• Proven experience building methods structures in fast-moving manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in lean improvement roadmaps, 5S, and time studies.
• Experience with plant ramp-ups or new product introductions is highly preferred.
• Must be fluent in both English and French.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable working directly on the shop floor.
