About the Role
You will support the full employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective and manage the end to end recruitment process. You will ensure accurate employee documentation, proper maintenance of personnel records, and efficient coordination of recruitment activities in compliance with policies and applicable legislation. You will help organize staff meetings and HR related activities, advise employees on internal policies, and assist with payroll related data verification before processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in HR administration and recruitment.
- Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and employee documentation.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Support the employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, and performance review documentation.
- HR Administration: Prepare, issue, and maintain employee documentation including Employment Agreements, Addendums, Resignations, and Termination letters.
- HR Administration: Organize, maintain, and update employee personnel files and HR records (electronic and physical).
- HR Administration: Ensure employee documentation is accurate, properly filed, and compliant with internal policies.
- HR Administration: Provide employees with HR related documentation and respond to administrative HR queries.
- HR Administration: Support the verification and accuracy review of compensation related data, including salaries, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring records are up to date and aligned with approved terms prior to payroll processing.
- HR Administration: Advise employees on internal policies and procedures where necessary.
- HR Administration: Assist in the organization of staff meetings and internal HR related activities.
- Recruitment: Manage the full cycle recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Recruitment: Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and recruitment timelines.
- Recruitment: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment: Prepare offer documentation and coordinate onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Recruitment: Maintain recruitment records and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
