What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the platform powering internal and customer-facing intelligent services.
• Lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception to deployment while mentoring other engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Drive engineering standards and best practices in system design, code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Share on-call responsibilities to proactively improve the reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working on a SaaS product.
• Experience with distributed systems, ideally using Golang, Python, or Rust.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and/or containerized services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring peers in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building developer, compute, or ML platforms, or serverless execution environments.
• Knowledge of frontend web frameworks like React.
• Prior experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
