What you will do

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to improve overall application quality and coverage.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT to draft and refine QA documentation and test design documents.
• Design and maintain a library of reusable prompts and AI workflows for consistent QA asset generation.
• Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing of new features and perform bug analysis to optimize critical areas.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to define the testing scope and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing for web applications using C# or Java.
• Strong proficiency in OOP and experience testing Rest APIs and GraphQL.
• Proven experience integrating GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) into the testing lifecycle.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills tailored for QA workflows (edge cases, synthetic data generation).
• Solid understanding of QA processes, BDD, white box, and black box testing techniques.
• Location: Must be based in Montreal, QC, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or EDI related applications and integrations.
• Experience with automation testing using Selenium on .NET Framework using C#.
• Experience with CI systems.
