What you will do

• Own the product strategy and execution for hirify.global's AutoReview capabilities.
• Partner with AI/ML teams, Engineering, and Design to ship intelligent workflow experiences.
• Identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI-assisted decision-making in engineering reviews.
• Conduct deep customer research to uncover workflow pain points and trust barriers.
• Define product requirements and manage prioritization tradeoffs across UX, feasibility, and business impact.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to support launches, positioning, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building AI-enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation-driven products is required.
• Proven track record of working with highly technical Engineering teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking skills.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for CAD, manufacturing, or industrial workflows.
• Experience with trust-sensitive systems where accuracy and explainability are critical.
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflow design.
