What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI offerings.
• Lead AI-driven innovation, translating emerging AI capabilities into outcome-oriented learning tools.
• Manage P&L outcomes, including revenue growth, pricing strategy, and margin performance.
• Build continuous feedback loops using behavioral data and learner insights to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced AI tools, specifically Claude with Model Context Protocol (MCP), into workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of strategy and measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling EdTech or curriculum-based products.
• Instructional design experience and deep understanding of learning theory and the course lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Content, Marketing) without direct authority.
• Experience managing or materially influencing P&L and financial forecasting.
• Daily applied experience with AI tools in product workflows, particularly Claude and MCP.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in product management, AI, or professional education.
• Familiarity with real estate professional education or career development models.
