What you will do

• Provide financial and accounting consulting services within the Corporate Finance practice.
• Prepare and evaluate historical and pro forma financial information to assess deal valuation and cash flow trends.
• Perform industry and company research to support client deliverables and reports.
• Direct and mentor project teams while maintaining clear communication with clients and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain internal relationships across the transaction team and broader service areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• CPA Certification.
• Experience with financial due diligence processes and financial modeling.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media, or Energy.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC requirements.
