What you will do

• Implement and deliver features spanning the full stack using React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to scope projects, assess feasibility, and break down complex requirements.
• Design performant systems and products to ensure a high-quality experience for donors and fundraising entities.
• Improve platform maintainability through quality code, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Provide constructive feedback through PR reviews and participate in architectural discussions.
• Communicate work status effectively and escalate blockers within a distributed team environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience delivering software projects.
• Professional experience with React and Ruby on Rails.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be based in the U.S. (registration in specific states required).
• Ability to write extensible, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize work independently.

• Proficiency with GraphQL
• Proficiency with TypeScript
