What you will do

• Develop and maintain the central control plane (app.hirify.global.com) for database creation and management.
• Build, document, and publish RESTful APIs for end users and the internal dashboard.
• Implement user-facing UIs using React and TypeScript, and develop CLI tools using Go.
• Create internal admin tools, chatbots, and panels to improve support and engineering efficiency.
• Extend platform reach through Terraform providers and MCP servers.
• Collaborate with design teams to solve database developer experience (DX) challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Deep understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP, authentication, and browser APIs.
• Experience with modern CSS, specifically utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go for CLI development.
• Experience with Next.js or Remix.
• Knowledge of background job processing using Sidekiq.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Background working at a high-growth technology company.
